MOTIVATE YOUR SELLERS WITH GREAT PRIZES!

There’s satisfaction in doing one’s part for the fundraising ‘team’ and in helping one’s organization meet its fundraising profit goal.Yet, tangible rewards or sales incentives have proven to make a big difference in Fund Raising Project results. Every Seller needs something to shoot for.Work with one of our Prize Program Brochures exclusively or combine it with a group, room, or all school prize-such as an ice cream or pizza party.We have found money prizes to be very successful, too. Be creative-keep your Sellers motivated!

HERE IS HOW TO RECEIVE AND USE YOUR FREE PRIZE PROGRAM BROCHURES:

  • First, you must select your PRE-SELL (Order-Taker) BROCHURE(S) and place your order for them.

  • Then, you may select one style of the FREE Prize Program Brochures from those shown below.You receive one FREE Prize Program Brochure for each selling member (the same number as the number of Pre-Sell Brochures you have ordered). This Prize Program choice will automatically be added to your Pre-Sell (Order-Taker) Brochure order.

  • With the Prize Program Brochures you’ve ordered, there will be a Prize Order Form for the person in charge of ordering the Prizes. This will be needed at the end of your Fundraising Sale.

  • All items should arrive via UPS within 7 to 10 days from the date you ordered your Pre-Sell (Order-Taker) Brochures.

  • Once they have arrived and it’s time to start the Fundraiser, hand out one of the Pre-Sell (Order-Taker) Brochures and a Prize Program Brochure to each of your Sellers.

  • Instruct Sellers to fill out their Prize choice(s) on the Prize Program Brochure when they have completed their Fundraising. When Sellers turn in the money they have collected for the Fundraising Sale, the Prize Program Brochure will also need to be turned in. Check the accuracy of the Seller’s selection(s) and total these choices to see how many and which prizes to order.

  • Once you have tallied the Prizes, and are ready to order those Prizes, just fill out the Prize Order Form that came with your Prize Program Brochures. Please note that all Prizes in our Prize Program Brochures will need to be purchased through America’s Favorite Fund Raising Products. The Prize Order Form, with exact Prize costs, will show where to mail your Prize Order and Prize payment.

  • Once we have received your Prize Order and payment, your Prizes will be shipped directly to you within 6 to 10 days. Handing out the Prizes should be a very special event that recognizes and rewards each Seller for helping this Fundraiser to be such a great success!

Extreme Prizes - Elementary/Middle

This Prize Program Brochure offers Prizes based on the dollar amount that a Seller has sold. As Sellers increase the dollar amount they’ve collected, he/she gets to have that Level’s Prize PLUS all the previous levels!

This brochure is an accumulative Prize Program with better Prizes for your Sellers for less dollars. It is designed to increase student participation and productivity while giving your organization 42.5% profit. This program is also designed to help with your Cookie Dough sales. The more dollars a Seller collects, the more Prizes he/she receives. Prizes increase in value as the dollar amount required for each Level. There are 12 Prize Levels possible. For the first Level (A), Sellers must sell at least $6.00 worth in fundraising items. The items go from Level A to Level L. On all of the levels, except L, there are no Prize choices. Level L has the most valuable Prize choice and is reached by selling $750.00 or more. Level L offers the Seller a choice between a deluxe 256MB, MP-3 player OR a remote controlled 3-CD changer with AM/FM radio, LCD clock and motorized door.

This Prize Program Brochure offers Prizes based on the dollar amount that a Seller collects from his/her sales.

LOCKER FULL OF PRIZES #1 also offers a multi-level, multi-prize, pick-a-prize Program. The LOCKER FULL OF PRIZES #1 is only different from the LOCKER FULL OF PRIZES #2 in that this version is based on the dollar amount a Seller collects instead of how many items he/she sells. The prize item choices are the same. Prize Level selections increase in value as the Seller collects more fundraising money. There are 10 Levels, with four prizes to choose from in each Level. Levels begin with Level A where you sell at least $35.00 to select one of the four Prizes. Prizes grow in value as the Seller increases the dollar amount they have sold. By Level J, a Seller sells $750.00 or more to receive a Memorex® remote controlled 3-CD changer with AM/FM radio, LCD clock and motorized door. There are three other great Prizes that could also be chosen from Level J such as a deluxe 256MB MP3 player.

This brochure offers Prizes based on the number of items a Seller sells.

LOCKER FULL OF PRIZES #2 offers a multi-level, multi-prize, pick-a-Prize Program. Prize Level selections become more valuable as the Seller sells more items. There are 10 Levels, with four prizes to choose from in each Level. Levels begin with Level A where you sell 4 items to select one of the four Prizes. Prizes grow in value as the Seller increases the number of items they have sold. By Level J, a Seller sells 85 items to receive a Memorex® remote controlled 3-CD changer with AM/FM radio, LCD clock and motorized door. There are three other great Prizes that could also be chosen from Level J such as a Hummer CD, AM/FM clock radio with remote control.

Hot Prizes - Elementary

Prizes are based on the dollar amount that a Seller sells. Also, as Sellers progress in number of items sold, he/she gets to have that Level’s Prize PLUS all the previous Levels!

This brochure is an accumulative Prize Program and is a great program to use with frozen food sales. The Prizes in HOT PRIZES Prize Program Brochure fun and so simple to work with because there are only 10 Prize Levels (from Level A to J). That means a total of 10 Prizes can be accumulated. Each Prize gets more valuable as the amount of money to be collected goes up. For the first Prize Level A, a Seller must have collected at least $20.00. The most valuable Prize Sellers can earn is a Slide-up CD player AM/FM stereo with built-in telephone, speakers, calendar, and motorized door. A Seller must collect at least $700.00 to earn this from Prize Level J. But, remember, earning Prize Level J means the Seller has also earned the Prizes from Level A through Level I - that’s all ten Prizes!

Also, note the fundraising tips on the back of this brochure where we also found a wordfind game, match game, and road maze kids will enjoy doing.

That’s probably because this Prize Program Brochure lets Sellers keep each prize as they climb up from Level A to Level L. So, whatever Level you are on, you keep the Prize from each previous Level. The more you sell, the more Prizes you receive and the more valuable the Prizes become. There are 14 total Prizes possible, if you include the two Prize categories that have two items for their Prize level. The Prize from Level A is safe, non-toxic, glow-in-the-dark Slime, and may be received for selling just one item. On all of the levels, except L, there are no Prize choices. Prize Pals (WINNIE THE POOH) - Pre-school

This Prize Program Brochure offers Prizes based on the dollar amount that a Seller has sold. As Sellers increase the dollar amount they’ve collected, he/she gets to have that Level’s Prize PLUS all the previous levels!

This is a very unique accumulative Prize Program because it features both Winnie The Pooh and Mickey Mouse themed Prizes. Since this is an accumulative program, little Sellers get to keep each prize from all the previous levels as they move up through the prize Levels. This brochure awards its Prizes based on how much money the Seller collects. The more the Sellers sells, the more Prizes a Seller receives and Prizes increase in value as the dollar amount required to be sold goes up. There are 12 total Prizes possible. The first Prize (Level A) may be received for selling at least $8.00. The items go from Level A to Level L. On each of the levels, except L, there is one Prize. Level L has two items to choose from and these two Prizes are the most valuable. A Seller will be awarded this choice when he/she has sold $800.00 or more in fundraising items. Level L’s choice is between an eleven inch Pooh & Friends animated musical pendulum wall clock OR a cute Winnie The Pooh animated talking telephone. So, when your little Sellers reach Level L, they have also earned all of the Prizes from Levels A through K. Look for fun activities and safety tips on the back brochure cover.
